In honor of Aaron’s Fontan Anniversary and 15th birthday, Aaron wants to support HeartWorks and the organization’s life-changing mission to cure CHD. Aaron has always been a warrior who displays courage, strength, determination, and wisdom beyond his years as he navigates his HLHS journey.

With that warrior mindset, Aaron went to work with his fellow learners designing his signature sock as a way to help raise money and support HeartWorks. In true Aaron fashion, he went incognito with his look and design on this mission, and hopes you will join us in stepping up for CHD.
